Sleep is one of the biggest driving factors and forces that can influence many decisions and actions on a daily basis.

Don’t underestimate how important consistent patterns are on a daily basis, 7 days a week 🎯

The Egyptian legend🚀

This client runs and owns many world-class gyms in Egypt and they are currently expanding into other countries.

He works incredibly hard in all areas of his life, is impressively coachable, and is probably one of the nicest and most humble individuals I’ve met.

A man with a lot of responsibility, people to take care of and understandably, he wanted his physique and health, to go hand in hand with his business growth🚀

This client came to me having not been sub 90kg in decades and he could never sustain any loss he did generate.

When I told him on our first call that I was very confident we could get to the mid 80’s, he laughed with disbelief but also some excitement!

We have ticked off both of those goals and in my opinion, he’s going to keep improving even more in the second half of 2026.

When you work with the body and have smart systems, you don’t get to a new low body weight and then immediately fall off a cliff.

That is the ultimate key to generating life changing results.

If you use incorrect methods, you sabotage your long-term progress because you keep having to lose the same amount of body fat repeatedly due to a lack of sustainability in what you’re doing.

Interestingly this client had a similar issue I see quite frequently in entrepreneurs: they try to force a result through brute force because they have become accustomed to that approach in business.

The best analogy I can give is that you need to land the body like a plane that is landing.

Smooth, steady and with precision.

I couldn’t be happier for this client to be generating this level of progress as he heads to his 50th birthday and finally getting the results he deserves after decades of trying by himself 🙌

Awareness of energy density✅

It’s incredibly important to have a better base knowledge and understanding of what foods contain.

Without that knowledge it’s like going shopping, never seeing a price on items and hoping you end up on budget by just being lucky.

The ways you can increase awareness is through tracking food through an app, building more knowledge and understanding through education (I have an educational lab built for clients) and paying attention to your behaviours and choices on a weekly basis✅

HIGHLY likely you will end up quite sore the day after or two days after doing this because you will have a lot more eccentric loading on the quads, which can lead to more muscle soreness✅

Not ‘competing’ = I don’t need a coach❌

The above is something I’ve heard an incredible amount of times in my career.

An individual on the fence about hiring a coach because they are not ‘competing’ in something.

Or they believe they need a huge event to aim for, to justify their decision to invest in themselves.

Which leads to years of putting off the decision, avoiding the problems at hand and just ticking over in the same place of mild discomfort.

Maybe not unhappy but living at a fraction of their potential.

The gigantic part of coaching that delivers the most meaningful and valuable impact, is coaching people on HOW TO LIVE, for decades ahead.

Therefore you should be coached in every stage of life, not just to an ‘event’.

An 8 week intervention or race to a date, is just a battle of compliance, which often creates little behaviour change or shift in identity.

One thing I LOVE about my clients is that they are just everyday people, wanting to be a boss and leader in their lives.

They want better.

Not for a brief moment in life but permanently.

Stop convincing yourself that you need to be an ‘athlete’ to seek out professional guidance and expertise.

You just have to be someone that wants more, believes they are capable of more and is willing to invest the time and energy now, for huge returns and improvements later.

Physical activity level ✅

As you can see from using myself as an example, I can have a difference of 1000 kcals per day in my total daily energy expenditure.

This makes a HUGE difference in manipulating and managing body composition.

RESPECT 😮‍💨🫡

What a man and what a leader 🙏🏼

It’s quite odd to think that I messaged this client 6 months after his initial inquiry and I told him to stop sitting on the fence, stop waiting and get started 😅

I am so grateful that I gave him that prod and push, because it has turned into a brilliant partnership and this client has massively changed the trajectory of his life.

This client is an operator. He has four children, TWO being born in our time together, an exceptionally demanding career, with travel and ‘free’ time for himself was and still is a rare occurrence.

The man on the right arguably has less free time and more responsibilities than the man on the left. But the man on the right is resilient, has systems, is proactive, fills his cup with the right stuff and is committed to who he wants to become. A leader to his family, friends and colleagues through his actions.

The physical transformation is just the icing on his cake ✅

Our total fat loss shown didn’t happen in one phase. It happened through planned loss phases and planned maintenance phases.

We did our best to time maintenance phases around family holidays, heavy work deadlines, winter months (UK based) and when it was needed.

Then as a team, we would decide together, which weeks and months we could target for fat loss sprints.

Now he is set for years to come, has the ability to dominate on his own and live a life of abundance👏

Can’t avoid it😝

The immediate and downstream effects of vegetables are too gigantic to ignore.

I still use a multivitamin, the VITA PACK from Nutritional Performance Labs but that is in conjunction with a vast array of vegetables each week.

Trust me, I get it, I didn’t prioritise vegetables for a long time but you can’t get around it.

It sounds too simple but it’s often the simple things done DAILY, that impact our lives the most.
