2026 has been a year of growth, new beginnings, and quiet transformation.
It has been a season of leaving the past behind, looking forward with hope, and learning to embrace each day as a gift.
I’ve discovered the beauty of slowing down—to notice the little things God has created, to be thankful for His faithfulness, and to find joy in ordinary moments. Those quiet moments have become some of the most meaningful.
Through the loss of my father, my mother, and the murder of my sister, I have experienced the deep longing that comes with saying goodbye. Those seasons changed me in ways I never expected. Yet, by God’s grace, I have found healing, hope, and the courage to keep moving forward.
The longing will always be part of my story, but it no longer defines it. Instead, it has given me a deeper appreciation for life, for love, and for each new day.
Through my art, which has also become part of my healing journey, I have found peace, hope, and restoration. My hope is simply this: to reflect a little of God’s beauty, to encourage others to keep believing, and to inspire hearts to see wonder, hope, and grace in the everyday.
May we never stop growing, never stop creating, and never stop seeing the beauty God places before us each day.

Dancing pigments give the flowers an almost untamed beauty,
as though they are blooming freely in their own rhythm.
This painting speaks to joy returning softly after a difficult season.
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?"

This is me in a wrap -
someone who spent much of life being strong and dependable,
yet is now learning to let softness, beauty, and emotion take up space too.
A woman shaped by love, creativity, resilience, and grace, slowly returning to herself through art, healing, and the courage to feel deeply.
I am blessed to be in this season of my life, on this journey where
I can paint what my soul whispers...

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers around the world. 🩷
Like notes carried gently through the wind 🎶🎶🎶
so are a mother’s prayers —
soft, unseen, yet reaching
hearts in ways words never could.
Today we honor the beauty, resilience, gentleness, and faith that mothers carry so selflessly each day.
May your heart be filled with peace, your soul with joy, and your life with the same love you so freely pour into others.
Feel free to share!

"Soft Becoming"
Ethereal and weightless, the painting feels like it’s dancing in air.
Edges dissolving, colour drifting like breath. Nothing is fixed; everything moves softly, like a slow turn of a dancer.
The atmosphere is light and quiet, a fleeting moment suspended between presence and disappearance.

The brush still dances in my hands, even in the quiet moments. There is a rhythm to it — soft, unforced — like movement rising from somewhere deeper than thought. Each stroke becomes a gentle step, a flow, a continuation of something already alive within.
It is a dance of presence — subtle, steady, and full of grace — where every mark carries both intention and freedom.

HELD
The soft blues move gently through this piece, like breath after heaviness — a quiet shift that comes when you begin to rise again. There is a calm here that feels steady and sure, not loud, but deeply present. It carries the sense that something has passed, and something new is beginning to unfold.
This is the place just beyond the valley, where you realise you were held through it all, and are now being gently led forward. What once felt heavy is being gathered, softened, and carried into something lighter — held, even now.

May goodness and mercy wrap you 🌿
Just like the circular movement of each brushstroke,
soft and continuous, it becomes
a quiet reminder of grace that never leaves.
Colours flow, curves unfold,
and the canvas holds a gentle rhythm of peace.
