Another wonderful day on the golf course with M&G Investments…

This time in Pretoria, our team managed another hole activation for M&G Investments SA with scented golf towels and ice cold beverages. Keeping it fresh on a warm day out on the course!

We’re still keeping it classy with proper bar service, tasty cocktails, quality coffee and attention to detail…

This time we were back at the Singapore High Commission for a wonderful celebration. It’s the care behind the scenes that flows into the best service and drinks, keeping the clients wanting more. We’re proud to have been a part of this event with the Singapore High Commission for many years!

Not every event calls for cocktails…

Sometimes it’s fresh smoothies, health shots and a menu designed to keep the office energised throughout the day.

This wellness bar was created for MOYO as part of their wellness day, giving guests a healthier refreshment option without compromising on presentation or the overall experience.

Whether it’s a branded cocktail bar, specialty coffee, smoothies or health shots, we work with our clients to create a drinks experience that suits the occasion.

There’s a lot that happens before the first guest arrives.

These cocktails didn’t just appear on the bar five minutes before service. The team had already spent hours preparing garnishes, setting up stations, checking glassware and making sure every drink would be served consistently.

That’s how we approach every event. Whether we’re managing the event, styling the space, serving drinks or supplying staff, we believe the small details matter. They’re what give our clients confidence that everything is under control.

Serving coffee on a construction site? We make it happen.

From development launches and stakeholder visits to site progress updates, every event has its own environment. Our job is to make sure the experience works wherever it’s needed.

After the initial ground-breaking event at Plumbago, we were back on site with the JT Ross team, serving fresh barista coffee while the brokers connected over the progress being made.

Prosecco anyone? Our Box Bar was keeping it flowing at the golf day!

On a warm day, ice cold Prosecco seemed to be a massive hit, as the GIB guests enjoyed their watering hole. A hugely successful activation for the GIB team!

A cup of coffee is simple in theory. Bringing (good) coffee to an event space and serving possibly hundreds of guests efficiently, is not always so simple. BUT, we have the recipe and bring the perfect blend every time. From small office functions to big conferences, we love bringing the calm.
