The future in now
Many youth-led businesses start informally: testing ideas, building demand and creating value long before they meet traditional funding requirements. The question is: are we supporting them early enough?
As Buhle Tshasilanye shared on East Coast Radio: ‘It’s not that the youth economy is a future opportunity. It exists, it’s already active. We just need to recognise and support it earlier.’
