We are absolutely thrilled with the turnout for our latest Pretoria Country Club Ladies Golf Clinic! We welcomed 28 ladies across our Wednesday and Saturday sessions, and the energy was unmatched 🏌🏼‍♀️

A massive shoutout to our incredible coaches, Henk Alberts and Athol Dowie, for sharing their expertise, patience, and passion for the game.

The best part? The golf bug has officially bitten for many of the ladies, and we’re so excited to welcome a few brand-new lady golfers to the Pretoria Country Club family.

Pretoria Club’s annual Ring of Fire Bring & Braai brought together over 150 members and guests for an awesome Father’s Day afternoon at PCC.

Despite the chilly weather, the atmosphere could not have been warmer. With fires burning, live music playing and friends gathered around the braai, it was one of those easy, feel-good afternoons that reminded us what Club life is all about.

Calling all Junior Golfers! 🏌🏼‍♀️⛳

Join us for the Gary Player Junior Week at Pretoria Country Club from 30 June to 3 July.

It’s set to be a great week of golf, featuring coaching sessions, on-course play and plenty of opportunities for young golfers to develop their skills and enjoy the game.

The week will conclude with the Junior Tournament on Friday, 3 July.

Last night marked the official launch of the PCC Foundation 🤝

A registered Non-Profit Company and approved Public Benefit Organisation, the PCC Foundation serves as the official charitable vehicle of Pretoria Country Club.

What a fantastic way to celebrate this exciting new chapter for PCC. We look forward to the meaningful contribution the Foundation will make in the years ahead.

Pam Golding Jacaranda Ladies Golf Classic 🌸

Following the success of the inaugural tournament in 2025, there was great excitement surrounding this year’s event.

Played across three of Pretoria’s premier courses - Woodhill, Silver Lakes and Pretoria Country Club - it once again delivered three fantastic days of golf 🏌🏼‍♀️

A big thank you to the Ladies Committee for all their hard work, and to Pam Golding for their incredible sponsorship and support.

PCC Snooker launched a brand-new event in April, the PCC Handicaps.

Handicaps, typically found in golf, are one of the great equalizers in sport - it’s where experience meets ambition.

This new format gave the less experienced snooker players a built-in points head-start against the more seasoned players; making every match competitive, unpredictable, and fun - and judging from the number of Pink/Black ball deciders, it worked well.

The idea was that everyone had to believe that they had a genuine chance 🏆 🏆

Congratulations once again to Maréna Jaekel (Main Draw) and Christo van Biljon (Plate Draw) who are our 2026 PCC Handicaps Champions 👏🏻

Great way to kick off the Canadian Social Squash Tour of SA 🇨🇦🇿🇦

PCC Squash had the pleasure of hosting our Canadian guests for a morning of competitive matches, great energy, and plenty of laughs. From solid rallies on court to a relaxed braai afterwards, it was everything club squash should be 🙌

Big thanks to everyone who stepped up to play and represent PCC - you brought the energy and showcased the spirit of our Club.
