Let's break the stigma! ⛓️‍💥 Ballet is not only for girls and CERTAINLY not for sissies! Swipe for some more interesting facts about ballet and the military! ➡️

Did you know that elite units, such as the British SAS and militaries in South Korea, have incorporated ballet into their training routines? 🪖

Ballet is a wonderful way to improve physical conditioning as well as mental well-being. It also develops core strength, agility and flexibility. 💪🏼

It's so interesting to realise the similarities between soldiers and dancers, and how this art form can be a powerful weapon beyond the studio or stage. ⬇️

Ballerinas, much like soldiers, require profound mental resilience, strict posture, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure. How fascinating to know that ballet not only teaches us to dance gracefully to beautiful music, but also builds character, discipline, and both physical and mental endurance! 🩰
