What if the body was never designed to localise force the way modern training does?

What if it was designed to distribute it?

That changes everything.

Because suddenly the body stops looking like isolated muscles pulling isolated bones…

and starts looking more like an interconnected system constantly sharing tension, adapting load and responding as a whole.

It also starts to explain a lot of modern movement problems.

why people can get stronger yet feel stiffer
why tension keeps shifting around the body
why one area is always taking the hit or chronically tight 
why feet, breathing and gait mechanics matter so much more than most people realise
why rehab programs that focus only on the troublesome areas never work long term 

A functional system doesn’t unnecessarily dump stress into one tissue over and over again.

It shares load.

But many modern environments do the opposite.
