Congratulations DIVAN DU TOIT

Divan made his Currie Cup 1st Div debut for SWD Eagles last week after a successful season in the Varsity Cup earlier this year.

Divan traveled as a 15 year old schoolboy to France and he represented our RTA SA invitational XV u18 team that also toured to France.

Two years later Divan represented RTA in the Blue Bulls u20 Carlton Cup before he made his debut in the Varsity Cup.

We are proud of you Divan , and we support your career all the way !

The most beautiful thing about Divan is his hard working attitude, his faith and his humbleness as a young man…

Geluk bulletjies en geluk aan ons manne ! Beide Namibië sowel as Bulle se kapteins was RTA spelers.

Bulletjies slag Namibië

Die Blou Bulle se President Onder 20 XV-tal het Namibië se jonges Vrydagaand met ń telling van 50-20 afgeransel.

Met die halftydtelling op 10-13 in die Namibiërs se guns was die Bulletjies onder druk, maar het in die tweede helfte na ń hoër rat oorgeskakel.

"Ek is ongelooflik trots op die manne. Met vier losmaaldrieë en baie dominante skrumwerk het ons voorspelers die grondslag gelê in die tweede helfte om ń groot telling op te sit." het Nico Pretorius voorspeler aftigter van die jong Bulle en RTA na afloop van die wedstryd gesê.

Die Rugby Travel Academy (RTA) het nie minder nie as elf spelers in die groep gehad wat met beide Zimbabwe en Namibië se Onder 20 spanne afgereken het.

Verlede jaar het Namibië met die jong Bulletjies afgereken, maar hierdie span was banjaar gewis heelwat sterker met RTA betrokke.

Nog wedstryde word moontlik aan die einde van die jaar vir hierdie span beplan.

Congratulations to Pieter Strydom who got selected into the Namibia u20 national team.

Pieter is also the captain of the team.

Namibia has comfortably beaten the Limpopo Blue Bulls u20’s last night but will be facing a much better side on Friday evening when they take on the Blue Bulls u20 Presidents XV.

Over 10 RTA team mates will be facing Pieter’s team when they face off in Pretoria.

Good luck to all our RTA players who will be sharing the field on Friday.
