Don’t let a transponder problem interfere with your Nationals Weekend!

Before SA Cup Rounds 7 & 8 and the SA National BMX Championships, riders must ensure that their transponder is:
•⁠ Active
•⁠ Correctly linked to their entry
•⁠ ⁠Securely fitted to the correct bicycle
•⁠ ⁠Registering correctly during official rider registration

Check your transponder before arriving and confirm on Sqorz that it registers correctly during your official registration lap.

⚠️ A rider whose transponder is inactive, faulty or not correctly fitted during racing will be recorded as DNF.

Your transponder is your responsibility - make sure it is race-ready.

Nationals week begins! 🇿🇦

The preparations are complete, the track is ready and riders from across South Africa are making their way to PMB BMX Club.

Friday begins with rider registration and official practice, followed by SA Cup Rounds 7 & 8 on Saturday and the SA National BMX Championships on Sunday.

Before heading to the track, please take a few minutes to review the full weekend schedule and complete your final checks:
✓ Full race kit
✓ Correct number board
✓ Active transponder fitted to your bicycle
✓ Current SA number ready for SA Championships

Safe travels to everyone joining us.

Before you head to the gate, check Sqorz!

All official racing information for SA Cup Rounds 7 & 8 and the SA National BMX Championships will be available on Sqorz, including:
•⁠ ⁠Your race
•⁠ ⁠Gate and lane allocation
•⁠ ⁠Motos
•⁠ ⁠Results

Riders are responsible for checking that their information is correct. If you notice an error or something that needs to be corrected, contact the Race Secretary as soon as possible - don’t wait until racing begins!

Heritage Day, the South African way! 🇿🇦🔥

Today we celebrate the many cultures, traditions and people that make our country so special - and, of course, we’re doing it with one tradition South Africans all understand: a lekker braai!

There’s something special about gathering around the fire, sharing good food and spending time together.
Add bikes, a BMX track and friends from across the country, and it becomes an even better day.

A huge thank you to PMB BMX Club for welcoming us to the track and hosting today’s braai. Your hospitality has created the perfect opportunity for our BMX family to relax, reconnect and enjoy time together as we build towards Nationals Weekend.

Today is about more than racing. It’s about community, friendship and celebrating what brings us together - both as South Africans and as a BMX family.

So much hard work has gone into getting everything ready, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone at PMB BMX Club who has put in the time, effort and long hours behind the scenes. 🙌
