What a pleasure it is to stand matside and see my “human” win and lose with the same humility and love for the “game”- (and no I’ve had many moments when I haven’t felt this way - I’ve even walked away … because emotion shouldn’t be the factor which defines your character -win or lose- )
But today was a good day- there were wins and losses- and I’m proud of you in every moment - and I’m excited for the next moments I get to sit in your corner❤️

Nothing is easy-
Life will always hit hard when you least expect it -
So being strong is the only option there is !!

This is us !!! This is where title doesn’t exist - but we work hard for accreditation and ranks-
We don’t have to beat each other but we need to be a better version of ourselves every day-
We don’t hold score- we hold each other accountable -
We applaud for each other when their hard work is noticed and rewarded- we know we are a team and we are on this journey together-
We have good days, and bad days- but at the end of the day - we sweat it out together -
And we will always have each others backs!!!
