Fit and Fun Kinetics

Lessons are individual, this ensures that we can tend to each baby's specific needs. Water safety: (children aged 1-8 years)
The focus of these lessons are the core aquatic skills, such as:
• Safe entry and exit
• Aquatic breathing and submersion
• Orientation
• Rotation
• Floatation
• Streamlining
• Propulsion
• Sculling
• Water treading
Our groups are small with 1 child per instructor for ages 1-4 years and 2 children per instructor for ages 5-8 years. Lesson duration is 30min per session, once or twice a week. Water aerobics:
Exercising in water has many benefits, such as:
• Providing resistance
• Helps improve recovery rate
• Better balance, agility, and endurance
• Pool exercises are great fat-burners
• Water supports your weight
• Gets relief from symptoms of chronic conditions (chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and arthritis)
• Working out in the water does not feel much like work. Our groups are small with max 4 people per class. This ensures that we can tend to each client’s specific needs. Class duration is 45min per session.
