This month marks 7 years since I opened the doors to The Little Swim School — and I honestly don’t know where the time has gone!

When I look back over the past six years, I feel completely overwhelmed with gratitude. What started as a dream has become so much more than I could ever have imagined. It has become a place filled with laughter, learning, challenges, growth, incredible memories and, most importantly, so many amazing little people.

Over the years, I have been inspired, challenged, surprised and humbled. I have never laughed more, cried more happy tears, or felt prouder than I have while watching my students grow, learn new skills, overcome fears and achieve things they once thought were impossible.

I have had the privilege of watching so many precious kiddies grow through the years. Some arrived nervous and unsure, and I have watched them become confident, capable little swimmers. Others have grown up right before my eyes. Each and every one has left a little piece of themselves in my heart.

These are just a few highlights of some of the precious kiddies who have been part of my journey. I honestly wish I could keep them this small forever!

To ALL the parents who have trusted me with your children over the past six years, who have sent me photos and videos, celebrated their achievements with me, and allowed me to be a small part of their lives — thank you. Your trust means more to me than you will ever know. 🤍

I have a special place in my heart for every little munchkin I teach and have taught. I feel incredibly blessed to have been part of their lives, even if only for a short while.

Here’s to 6 life-changing years of The Little Swim School — and to all the memories, milestones, laughter and little swimmers still to come!
