PE OGKK annual mid-year Black Belt Gashuku.
Our focus today was on Shiku Dachi Stance, with practical applications of using this stance in grappling - (throws and takedowns).🥋
Some of our Junior green and blue belts joined us today, to extend their experience and knowledge that class isn't only about practicing kata or kumite but it can have more technical and practical aspects as well. We loved watching them grow🌱

Our kiddos had so much energy tonight because of Bafana Bafana playing tonight.🥳
