Sometimes a job title does not tell the full story.

We originally advertised this role as a Project Sales Engineer, but the position is much more focused on solving complex manufacturing problems than traditional sales.

A customer comes to us with a challenge. It could be a new engine variant, a battery pack line or a quality issue they need to solve.

Your role is to understand that challenge, translate it into a clear engineering brief, work with our mechanical, electrical and innovation teams to develop the right solution and present that solution to the customer.

You stay involved from the first conversation through to the signed order and ultimately see the idea become a real system on a real factory floor.

Our customers include Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Bosch, ZF, Ford, GM, Thyssenkrupp, Faurecia, Tata and many more.

We are looking for someone with a mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or industrial engineering background who enjoys understanding problems, working with people and developing solutions.

Sales experience is not essential. Strong engineering thinking and curiosity are.
