I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately…
Because so many people who come to me initially want to work with me 1:1.
And I completely understand why.
But when I look at my own biggest breakthroughs, and the transformations I’ve witnessed in the spaces I facilitate, I keep coming back to the power of being in a group.
There’s something that happens when you realise:
✨ you’re not alone in your journey
✨ someone else’s breakthrough gives you permission for your own
✨ you get to witness yourself through other people
✨ your challenges become something you can explore together
✨ and you have people alongside you who are actually doing the work as inspiration
And though I too would at first glance feel 1:1 is better, if I really think about it some of the most transformational spaces I’ve ever been part of have been group spaces.
So now I’m curious about your experience.

It was quite magical to sing in such a beautiful setting with the full moon in the background. What a wonderful audience and food so damn good I may have even been willing to sing for my supper! (Shhh, our secret!)😜
