Congratulations to .lifts on her performance at the junior commonwealth champs in New Zealand this past weekend.

Olivia came second overall in her category and broke both the junior African and South African records in the squat, bench, deadlift and overall. She also broke the junior commonwealth squat record.

You made your coach , your gym and your country proud!

Willem touched and changed many lives during his career in the fitness industry.
