Oudtshoorn se Sonja Schultz onder SA se top drie sportadministrateurs
Sonja Schultz is as een van drie finaliste vir Sport Administrator of the Year by die South African Sport Awards 2026 aangewys.
Sonja has built up an impressive record in cycling administration over many years and currently serves in several leadership roles within the sport, including at provincial and national level.
Sy is onder meer sekretaris van Wes-Kaap Fietsry en Eden Fietsry, en staan ook aan die hoof van Cycling SA se Vrouekommissie. Vanjaar het sy ook as spanbestuurder van Span Suid-Afrika by die CAC Africa Track Championships in Nigeriรซ opgetree.
Her nomination places her among some of the countryโs top sports administrators and is another proud moment for Oudtshoorn and the Klein Karoo.
Sonja is geen vreemdeling vir erkenning nie en is reeds voorheen op Eden-vlak as Administrateur van die Jaar vereer.
The winner will be announced at the 2026 South African Sport Awards later this month.
