🏃‍♂️ WPCSSA Celebrates a Strong Start to 2025! 🏃‍♀️

During Term 1, 706 athletes took part in 2231 events across our 2 regional competitions — a powerful reminder of what’s possible when opportunities are open to all!

At WPCSSA, it’s not about where you go to school — it’s about making sure every child has the chance to compete. Whether you're in a mainstream school, private school, tutor centre, or home-schooled, SACSSA competitions are open to you.

📍 We’re excited to welcome a large number of primary and high school athletes to the upcoming WPCSSA Provincials in Mossel Bay on 9 August.
🎉 Masters athletes are also invited to compete alongside the youth!

Sihana van Deventer het tydens vanjaar se SACSSA INVITATIONAL byna 2m verder as haar eie SASAPD (South African Sports Association for Physically Disabled) Nasiomsle Rekord gegooi.

Ons het vandag bevestiging gekry dat hierdie presrasie erken is as die nuwe SA rekord.

This was not an easy decision to make, but I cannot let structures (or the lack thereof) kill my passion for coaching. Thank you to Nedbank Running Club George and all the other fitness experts who shared my dream.
