Another tough day on the track! 💪🇺🇸

Coach Steve's training program at Rolling Thunder is definitely stepping up another level as we get closer to the championships.

Today's session:
🏃 16 × 100m
⏱️ 90 seconds recovery between each rep

It was a demanding workout that tested both speed and endurance, but this is where champions are built. Every rep counts, every second matters.

Ricardi dug deep, stayed focused, and completed the entire session. The training is getting tougher, but so is he.

The hard work continues One workout at a time. One goal in mind.

7:45 PM... and it's still 33°C!

While most people are winding down for the evening, Ricardi is still on the track putting in the work.

Training in 33°C heat with tough, humid conditions isn't easy, but champions aren't made in perfect weather. They are built by showing up, staying disciplined, and pushing through when it's uncomfortable.
