Last week we once again had the pleasure and privilege of attending the PCA Bodybuilding Competition hosted by Johan Du Toit . So well organized and such excellent quality athletes in attendance.
So proud of Bernadene. Despite it being her very first time competing, her dedication, hours of practice and months of hard work really showed on the day! Great conditioning and prep led to great results. Well done! We have seen you grow in your confidence and your strength in every aspect of your training. So honored to be part of your journey!

Just a reminder that with the public holiday on Monday, our gym will be open from 8am - 12:00 noon. Happy long weekend!

The gym is open! Some damage to our roof ventilation leaving a gap in the roof. But remarkably not that damp inside! So thankful for all the calls and messages offering assistance and just checking if we are OK.
BAIE DANKIE vir almal se gebede. Dit het beslis gehelp. Tussen al die verwoesting rondom ons het ons baie lig daarvan af gekom. Minimale skade. Alles staan nog. Baie dankbaar.

For the safety of all our clients we have decided to close the gym for the rest of the day. We will be back tomorrow as usual.
