PB&J Overnight Protein Oats 🍓🥜
Mix:
• 1¼ cups oats
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 5g creatine
• 1 tsp beet powder
• 1–2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Dash of salt
• 1½ cups milk
Leave to thicken, then layer with peanut butter and stewed strawberries or jam.
Make it tonight. Thank yourself tomorrow. 👊

🥛 1 cup milk
💧 1 cup water
