PB&J Overnight Protein Oats 🍓🥜

Mix:
• 1¼ cups oats
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 5g creatine
• 1 tsp beet powder
• 1–2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Dash of salt
• 1½ cups milk

Leave to thicken, then layer with peanut butter and stewed strawberries or jam.

🥣 1⅓ cups quinoa
🥛 1 cup milk
💧 1 cup water
💪 2 scoops Primal Vanilla Plant Protein
🧂 Pinch of salt

Simmer until creamy, stir through the protein, then top with berries, nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
