FAQ #3: What does a typical weekend look like?

Day 1 – Arrival
Check into your cabin or campsite and settle in. Make use of our fully equipped self-catering kitchen before exploring the farm on foot or by mountain bike. As the day winds down, enjoy a spectacular Karoo sunset and relax around the camp.

Day 2 – River Adventure
Start the morning with breakfast beside the waterfall before meeting at the equipment room at 09:00 to collect your life jacket, helmet, and dry bag. After a safety briefing, we launch at approximately 10:00. Your 16 km rafting adventure begins right at camp, with a snack stop along the river around midday. At the finish, our shuttle will be waiting with refreshments before returning you to camp. Back at camp by around 14:00, enjoy a hot shower, relax, explore the farm, hike to the nearby koppie for sunset, and end the day around a cosy campfire.

Day 3 – Departure
Enjoy breakfast before heading home—or make the most of your stay by adding a 4 km Half-Day Trip or an 8 km Scenic Paddle. You can even stay an extra night and keep the adventure going!
