First Bootcamp class for 2024 will start 15 th January at 6 pm at Henk van Rooyen.
Please share our Bootcamp information so that we have nice big classes!
We will start very slowly, so that we all can start working off the December holidays 😂👏 and work towards getting nice and fit & lean or toned.
Please increase your weights kg if possible and if you feel you need more this year. ✔️
