Its that time of the year again...Yes Vlakvark time. On 19 September, Faan Meintjies. Come and enjoy a beautifull day in nature. Medals to all finishers, water and cooldrink on route, refreshments after, entertainment.

It’s such a privilege to be part of a club that goes beyond what’s asked of them. The traditional water point was on point supporting our runners with sandwiches, cold juices and words of encouragement.
