​It’s time to lace up and get back to work! We are officially kicking off training as we prepare for an action-packed 7s season, featuring multiple 7s tournaments starting this September!

​Make no mistake—this is a full squad effort, and the doors are wide open. Whether you are a registered senior player or a newcomer wanting to join the club and play 7s, everyone is welcome on the pitch.

Even if you aren't playing in the 7s matches, every player has a vital role in building our fitness, sharpness, and squad depth.

Practice sessions kick off starting Monday, the 28th of July. We are urgently looking for players across all high school age groups to bolster our teams.

🚨 Crucial Notice Regarding Valke IPT Trials
To be eligible to go for the Valke IPT (Inter-Provincial Tournament) trials, you must play a minimum of 3 club games.

Missing pre-season and early league games means you might miss out entirely on your chance to wear the Valke jersey. Don't leave your selection chances to luck!
