Whether you are interested in sports marketing, management, media, events, governance, technology, business, or other areas of the sports ecosystem, this program will connect you with experienced professionals, practical learning opportunities, and a community committed to your growth.

Today, we are excited to announce Mentorship in Motion, our new pan-African career development initiative delivered in partnership with Ithuba Lethu Sports Hub (ILSH).

Together, we are creating new pathways for young Africans aged 16-30 to explore and build careers across the sports industry through mentorship, practical learning, and industry exposure.

As Africa's sports ecosystem continues to grow, so does the need to invest in the people who will shape its future. Mentorship in Motion is designed to help young people better understand the opportunities available beyond the field of play while connecting them with experienced professionals from across the continent.

Yacine Diop Djibo has dedicated her career to using sports as a force for health equity, gender equality, and community leadership across Africa.

As the Founder & Executive Director of Speak Up Africa, she’s spent years bringing governments, athletes, and communities together to tackle major public health challenges, showing how powerful sports can be in driving awareness and real change.

In the C4C and We Will Lead Africa Sports Volume, Yacine shares how sports have helped mobilize thousands in the fight against malaria, elevated women in basketball, and created new spaces for youth leadership. Her story is a reminder that sports can offer visibility, voice, and agency, especially for women and young people.
