It is a good idea to arrive early as the entrance to the park can get congested Parkrun is a beautifully simple concept: turn up every Saturday at 8am and run 5k. It doesn’t matter how fast you go. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. What matters is taking part. Parkrun is all about inclusiveness and wellbeing. We want as many people as possible to feel part of a real local community brought together by our events: belonging to one global parkrun family.

How about a new Spring commitment of volunteering every 10th parkrun. We will give you the training. Many roles to choose from. Ask anyone wearing a pink Volunteer bib how you can get involved. Time to give back to the community🩷💜
