This is for all you KZN canicrossers, this weekend in collaboration with the Kloof and Highway SPCA , the Canicross South Africa - KZN Upper Highway Club will be hosting a canicross fundraiser social run and doing our little bit in helping support the amazing work the SPCA do. How many of you will we be seeing out there? 🐾

🐾❤️ Run. Walk. Make a Difference. ❤️🐾
This Saturday, we're not just getting outdoors with our dogs, we're coming together to help animals in need.
Every pawprint, every step, and every registration fee will help provide much-needed food for the animals cared for by the Kloof & Highway SPCA. For many of these animals, your support means a full tummy, comfort, and hope while they wait for their forever homes.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or simply an animal lover looking to make a difference, we'd love to have you join us. Bring your dog, bring your family, and most importantly, bring a friend. The more people who participate, the more support we can provide to animals who need it most.
Together, we can enjoy the outdoors, strengthen our community, and show that a small act of kindness can have a big impact.

Canicross ANNDDD pizza?!? Like does it get any better than this 🍕

🐾🍕 THIS WEEK WE’RE DOING THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY! 🍕🐾

We’re kicking off the month with a Friday evening local run, followed by a social get-together, good company and PIZZA at Triggerfish! 🎉

🏃‍♀️ THE RUN
Our route is a relaxed 2.8 km — perfect for a Friday evening outing.

Think that’s not enough? 😜
Do it twice for 5 km for those who think they need to work a little harder for their pizza! 🍕💪

🔥 PLEASE REMEMBER:
Arrive 15 minutes before the run so you have enough time to properly warm up yourself AND your dog before we set off.

💧 Bring water for yourself and your dog — especially for afterwards when we head to Triggerfish.

👫 BRING A FRIEND — LET’S MAKE OUR CIRCLE BIGGER!

Running friends are more than welcome! Everyone who is running needs to RSVP, including friends and non-members.

💰 Non-members: R50

🍕 Not a runner? No problem!
Your non-running friends can simply meet us at Triggerfish afterwards for the social and pizza. No need to RSVP for the run.

It’s that time of year again, folks!

We're seeing an increase of ticks out on the trails, so this is your friendly reminder to make sure your dogs are up to date on their tick prevention before heading to a Canicross South Africa social run.

Make sure to check your dogs head, ears, underarms, groin, paws and toes carefully after each run.

🎉 Whoop whoop! What an incredible weekend of new canicrossers joining communities across the country! 🐾🏃‍♀️🐕

From the West Rand Club to the other side of the country at the KZN Upper Highway Club, we’re celebrating another group of canicrossers who have completed their Introduction to Canicross Workshop and are officially suited, booted and ready to hit the trails!

A huge congratulations to this fantastic crew, now qualified and ready for many happy kilometres, muddy paws, wagging tails and epic trail adventures together!
