Run/Walk For Life is South Africa's leading fitness and weight-loss programme, open to people of all fitness levels

The Run/Walk For Life program is a three-times-a-week exercise plan. This allows your muscles sufficient time to recover and reduces risk of injury. All of the walking and running programs are suitable for people of any age, fitness level or ability, and are suitable for pregnant women. On joining, your fitness level will be assessed, and you will be placed in a group according to your ability

I am beyond delighted with the results from the Knysna Half Marathon.
