Dear Parkview & Neighbouring Residents,
Two peacocks, Blue and Indigo, were rescued from a petting zoo and placed on the Parkview Golf Course with the permission of the course and under the guidance of Wildserve.
They were kept in an aviary to imprint and recover. After release they promptly left the wild west of the golf course and split their time between the Greenbriar property and Mina Lopata creche. The two gypsy boys are now wandering the neighbouring hoods.
What to do when they grace you with their presence? Nothing. Leave them in peace. Don’t feed them. They can forage and fly really fast and high. They are sweet natured and not a threat to any soul. They will move on to greener pastures on their own accord.
If they are in distress, trapped or injured, please call me immediately and I will get the correct organisations in to assist.
