Our amazing Rebounding instructors had a busy Sunday!

We spent time working on our Bounti Showcase Routine ,bringing you the best workout and lots fun for 26 July 2026!

We then went onto join the Bounti Flow workshop hosted by where we learnt some new moves to make our classes even better!

What a workout of a day! We love getting together,learning,improving and making sure we provide fun and effective workouts.
