So please take some time to complete the survey accurately and honestly.
Click on the link below and share it with everyone who ran.

Runners concerns and issues for the 90th running of the Comrades Marathon This survey is a culmination of runners concerns and issues relating to the leading up to and running of the 90th Comrades Marathon. RAC City Lodge Tough One 32 km, 23 Nov 2014 23/11/2014

It's not called the Tough One for nothing. Hill training at its best.
Luckily, the weather was brilliant and it wasn't hot...until the rain started. Then the children came out to play.... :-)
Much appreciation to the volunteers, marshals and traffic officers that stayed at their posts right to the end in the pouring rain.
Another well organised race by RAC.

Unite 4 Mandela, Unite 2.0, 27 km, 22 Nov 2014 23/11/2014

Brilliantly organized race by Tshwane Municipality and free to all as a celebration of unity across the board. Great vibe, lots of entertainment, massive crowd of runners and walkers doing 27 km, 9.4 km and 5 km, as well as 67 km cycling and The Colour Run. All you can see are happy faces and South Africans doing what they do best - being joyful and friendly.
