Hosted at The Forum Hyde Park, the conference created a dynamic environment for collaboration, thought leadership and innovation.

Aleit Events was proud to conceptualise and deliver the complete event experience - from registration and delegate journey through to conference production, creative styling and the networking reception.

The space featured contemporary décor, interactive activations, curated networking areas and thoughtfully designed hospitality experiences, all aligned to the event theme, From Insight to Action.

The day concluded with a relaxed networking reception where delegates continued conversations over exceptional food, refreshments and live music, creating meaningful connections beyond the conference programme.

The Commercial Payments Summit is an annual gathering of industry leaders, fintech innovators, and entrepreneurs, dedicated to exploring the future of payments and digital transformation across Africa.

For the 2026 edition, we had the privilege of conceptualising and delivering the full event experience across the conference, exhibition, and networking spaces. Designed to reflect the summit’s innovative and forward-thinking nature, the conference and exhibition environments featured clean lines, sophisticated branding applications, and thoughtfully curated layouts that encouraged engagement and collaboration.

As day turned to evening, the networking cocktail transformed the atmosphere with elevated décor, ambient lighting, premium hospitality offerings, and elegant furniture styling, creating a memorable setting for connection and conversation.
