One of the most common mistakes in Karate is confusing speed with rushing.
Fast techniques come from good timing, correct mechanics and control.
Rushed techniques often lose power, balance and precision.
Slow it down.
Get it right.
Then get faster.
That principle applies far beyond the Dojo.

A few minutes of practice each day can make a big difference for our junior Karateka over the holidays.
Simple training at home helps maintain fitness, mobility and technique, so getting back into routine feels much easier when classes resume.
It doesnβt need to be intense. It just needs to be consistent.
Weβll see our juniors back on the mats soon. π₯
