Welcome to our High Vibrational Space where 22 years of physical yoga asanas, prayer, ceremony and healing have helped set the stage for your personal empowerment, self-mastery journey or workshop.
Classes:
If you are curious about finding your peace, yoga is a pathway to wellness. Through yoga at our studio, we teach connecting with your body to explore its full potential in strength and flexibility and to have fun with the shapes and stretching yourself safely into new comfort zones. We offer nervous system regulation and mental health tools through the journey with your body as your state of mind is best accessed and elevated through the whole body-mind system.
We offer 6 classes per week, with a few highly skilled teachers with high levels of experience and expertise, taking you on this journey. Kerry has 30 years experience teaching yoga, from the physical asana practice to the spiritual journey that invites us to be our full, vibrant selves.
Our classes are small on purpose so you get individual attention, focussed on what it is you are intending to gain through movement of mind and body. This personalised experience means you get the most out of your time and investment in yourself.

I didn't realise when I started yoga (I was bored in my first ever yoga practice) that it would become a constant in my life for decades.

One yoga sutra says practice, every day, for a long time. The commitment required, to show up for yourself, as a practice, is an act of self care, even when it doesn't feel like care...... because we think care is to make us comfortable, whereas true self care is to create freedom, and freedom requires discipline and that sometimes looks like hard work.
