🥳🤼‍♀️ THE CUTEST WRESTLING BIRTHDAY! 🌈🏆

We had the most amazing surprise this morning from one of our incredible Little Champions! ❤️

It’s Essie’s Birthday today, and she decided she wanted a WRESTLING-THEMED BIRTHDAY PARTY! 🤼‍♀️🎂🏆

And honestly… how absolutely adorable is this?! 😍

One of my favourite things as a coach is seeing just how much our Little Champions love wrestling — but knowing that they love it so much that they choose to have a wrestling-themed birthday party makes my heart so incredibly happy! 🥹❤️

It’s moments like these that remind me why we do what we do. Watching our little wrestlers find something they love, feel proud of it and make it part of their special moments is truly something amazing. 🌈🤼‍♀️

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ESSIE! 🎉
We hope your special day is filled with lots of fun, laughter, cake and of course… a little bit of wrestling! 🥳🎂🤼‍♀️

Keep being the amazing little Champion that you are! 🏆❤️

Spring is all about new beginnings, growth and blooming into something amazing—and that's exactly what we love seeing in our Little Champions! 🌱🏆

💪 Grow stronger
🧠 Learn something new
❤️ Build confidence
🤝 Make friendships
🔥 Face challenges
⭐ Believe in themselves

Just like a little seed grows into something amazing with the right care, encouragement and patience, our young wrestlers grow with every lesson, every challenge and every little victory. 🌱🤼‍♀️

Here's to a beautiful new season filled with BIG dreams, BIG smiles and even BIGGER Little Champions! 🌈🏆

🌸 Happy Spring Day! 🌸
Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep believing. ❤️

🤼‍♂️🏆 A VERY PROUD LITTLE CHAMPION! 🏆🤼‍♂️

This past weekend, our very own Harlu stepped onto the wrestling mat for his very first tournament! 🤼‍♂️💪

And WOW, did he make us proud! ❤️

Walking onto that mat all by himself, with so much confidence, courage and determination, was truly something special to see. For your first tournament, Harlu, you did incredibly well! ⭐

We are so proud of you—not just for how you wrestled, but for having the bravery to step onto that mat and give it your all. That takes a true Little Champion! 🏆

And now… the hard work begins! 😉💪

Every tournament is another opportunity to learn, grow, improve and become an even stronger wrestler.
Keep believing in yourself, keep working hard and most importantly, keep enjoying the journey! ❤️🤼‍♂️🏅

Well done, Harlu! We are SO proud of you! 👏🏆

🏆🤼‍♂️ SO PROUD OF YOU, MARKUS! 💛🔥

Today we celebrate a very special achievement for one of our Little Champions! 🌟

Markus recently competed in his first tournament since moving further into the club, and what an incredible way to start this next chapter of his wrestling journey! 🤼‍♂️💪🏻

🥈 OVERALL 2ND PLACE! 🥈

Markus, we are so incredibly proud of you! Your hard work, dedication and willingness to keep learning are already showing on the mat. This is just the beginning of what I know will be an amazing journey for you.
Keep working hard, keep believing in yourself, and most importantly, keep shining, my champion! ✨🏆

As your coach, moments like this make me incredibly proud—not just because of the result, but because I get to watch you grow, develop and become a stronger wrestler with every step.

Well done, Markus! You earned this! 🥈💛

Keep going, Champion… the best is yet to come! 🤼‍♂️🔥

💗 Happy Women’s Day to all the incredible women in our Little Champions family! 💗

Today we celebrate the amazing women who continue to love, support, encourage, inspire and empower the next generation. 🌸✨

To all the wrestling mommies, grandmothers, sisters, aunties, coaches, teachers and every woman who plays a special role in our Little Champions’ lives — thank you! 🥰

Your strength, dedication and support make such a difference, both on and off the mat. 🤼‍♀️💪🏻

May you always remember just how strong, valuable and inspiring you are. ❤️

From all of us at Little Champions Wrestling, we wish every woman a beautiful and blessed Women’s Day! 🌸💗

Strong women raise strong champions. 🏆💪🏻

While our Little Champions were enjoying a well-deserved holiday, Coach Lizzy was busy investing in something very important... becoming an even better coach for her wrestlers! 💪

I'm incredibly proud to share that I recently attended the United World Wrestling (UWW) Level 1 Coaching Course in Pretoria, where I successfully completed and passed the course.

This achievement means that I am now officially: 🏅 National Level 1 Wrestling Coach 🌍 United World Wrestling (UWW) Level 1 Certified Coach ⛑️ Certified First Aider 🤼‍♀️ Protea Wrestler

I firmly believe that learning never stops. As a coach, it's my responsibility to keep growing, learning, and developing so that I can provide the very best coaching experience for every child who steps onto our mats.

Every course I attend, every qualification I earn, and every skill I develop is not just for me—it's for our Little Champions. My goal has always been to create a safe, professional, fun, and inspiring environment where every wrestler has the opportunity to grow in confidence, skill, and character.

To all my amazing parents, thank you for trusting me with your children. Your support allows me to continue investing in my own development so that I can give even more back to every wrestler in our program.

Here's to continuing to learn, grow, and build the next generation of champions—both on and off the mat! 💛🏆

Because our Little Champions deserve nothing but the best. 🤼‍♀️✨
