We love our Naves! An incredible leader of Women’s Gymnastics in South Africa & a proud member of JGC & Team South Africa.
A BIG year for Naveen thus far, with top performances at the African Championships & of course, Uneven Bars qualification at the recent World Challenge Cup in Slovenia.
Naveen is currently preparing for the Commonwealth Games, Paris World Cup & the World Championships in October.

Massive congratulations to our senior Women’s Artistic Gymnastics team for an incredible performance at the FIG World Challenge Cup in Slovenia! 🌍💎
The ultimate highlight? Caitlin Rooskrantz captured a stunning SILVER MEDAL 🥈 on the uneven bars with a phenomenal score of 13.066! Talk about a full-circle moment, nine years after making her debut at this exact venue, she officially takes the podium! 🥹🙌
