In the colder months, getting enough rest, sleep and hydrating is extremely important because the cold environment masks fluid loss and increases physical stress on the body, making recovery harder.
While you may feel less thirsty, your body works harder to breathe, thermoregulate, and maintain energy levels, requiring consistent hydration and rest to prevent fatigue, injury, and illness.
