Women's Day Self Defence Seminar was held at REMA TIP TOP AFRICA (7th August 2026) and IJKA SA Warriors Dojo (8th August 2026).
Presentation were done to educate them about the following topics;

- Domestic Violence
- Sexual Assault and R**e
- Human Trafficking
- Hijackings

Practical Self Defence techniques were taught and how to properly apply it. All the ladies enjoyed the seminar thoroughly. We are very proud to equipped them the necessary tools.

Also a very special thanks to my students, Shane Botha and Aiden Wilkens for assistance and allowing me to perform demonstrations on them.
