A labour of love! Is the only way to describe this job. Love for the venerable Nissan Patrol Y60. It has taken two months to perfect this legend into a modern overlanding rig. While we are happy to see it embark on its next chapter of adventure, we are also sad to see this well seasoned conversation starter leave!! A Toyota Landcruiser 300 Series Drawer System
Customer Brief: Fridge Slider for a 70 Litre snomaster_south_africa fridge on the left and a single Drawer on the right to leave ample space for luggage.
Design challenge: the 300 (and 250 Prado) have a slanted luggage space. To get around this we needed to install a wedge spacer. To make best use of the space we created an easy access cubby for the roadside emergency tools and a stainless steel pullout shelf.
This was an exciting colab with our friends at northroad4x4, who did an electrical installation. There is always space for more space at VCC!!
