You don't have to be perfect, but you do need to show up. Not for others not to be seen not to impress but for yourself. When you do more of the things that make you better, you become more likable to yourself and when you've spent time tending you're in a garden you also make better judgments about who to let into your garden. Keep it tidy in there and keep the weeds out.

Into the 60 days and counting... and you know what... progress is happening on all fronts. Early mornings spent learning and building... eating right, spending time with good people... it all ads up. Small corrections make a huge difference to the trajectory... - life is still hard, but I'm getting better at it - and you should too.
60 out of 150 is not even halfway yet... I've basically been doing the same 24 things for the last 60 days and quite frankly it sucks because these things are hard but the more I do them, the less I dread doing them. Until one fine day I'm not even thinking about it. The auto pilot has switched on and that's a good place to be keep showing up for the hard stuff and life will get easier.
Someone once told me that I could have all the muscles I wanted and they'd count for nought if I was not able to hold a woman. Let's just set that right... you train to strengthen your body and your mind, you train to become resilient. - if you're training for vanity, you're gonna run out of steam quickly. Train the mind daily and you can hold whatever the f% #^k you want.
Even if halfway through the process, you forgot why you started in the first place I would tell you to keep going because your thoughts back then we're in a good place for you to have started and sometimes you need to remind yourself what your reasons were in the first place. For me it's because I want to form better habits. We are the sum of what we do. Every day is just now getting around it if I choose the gym every day in this compounds in his positive ripple effect into all areas of my life which new habit are you going to adopt?
Leg day, this one hits the hamstring, and it hurts. It also improves your grip strength cause them dumbbells are heavy. Remember that Gym is just you working the engine, but you have to feed the engine with protein 1 g per pound of body weight for me that's 200 g. What's yours?
Some people wait until they are inspired and and wonder why they never do anything. Leave that feeling behind commit to boring habits, build momentum, and one day you'll look back and see how far you've come ask your feelings for permission and you'll be scuttled every time let's go.
