✨10 Years of InBalance Pilates ✨

I’m feeling incredibly grateful as InBalance Pilates celebrates 10 years tomorrow.
What started as a small home studio has grown in ways I could never have imagined. From teaching in my home, to moving into larger premises, navigating the uncertainty of COVID, downsizing when needed, and finally finding my way to the beautiful space I now call home — it has been quite a journey.
There have been highs and lows, moments of excitement and moments when I wondered if the studio would survive.
What has made these 10 years truly special isn’t the studio itself, but the people.
To the many wonderful clients who have walked through my doors over the years, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your movement, your health, and often your stories. Thank you for the laughter, encouragement, conversations, and friendships that have developed along the way.
To those who have moved away, know that you remain a part of the InBalance story and are missed.
To every new client who continues to find their way to the studio, thank you!!
And a very special mention to the incredible ladies who have been with me from the very beginning — some for the entire 10 years. Your loyalty, friendship, support, and belief in me have meant more than words can express.
And of course an extra special thank you to my husband and children, who have sweated, carried, and moved reformers 3 times over 😅. Have listened to me talk about Pilates non stop, wiped the tears away when I thought it was all over and encouraged me to keep going.. Kosta Koumantarakis❤️
Ten years later, I still feel privileged to do what I love every day.
Here’s to many more “just 2 more”, new friendships and all the memories we’ve created together.
