After 23yrs of training together, I stand here as a privileged and appreciative human who has the utmost respect for a incredible man - George MacDonald 💪
I am a better person for knowing you George … thank you for your continued dedication and travelling some distance to train with me 🙏

The Virgin Active HYROX Cape Town took place this weekend from August 14 to August 16, 2026, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). This major indoor fitness race launches the 2026/2027 global HYROX season, combining 8 km of running with 8 functional movement workout stations.
Huge congratulations to Nikki Carter and partner for coming 1st in their category and 5th overall 💪

The Pro-Fit community mourns the passing of our dear client of 18yrs Len Pretorius💔
Len passed away last Tuesday and Pro-Fit will never be the same without him!
Len filled any room with a larger than life personality. For those clients within our fitness community that had the privilege to share any moment with Len, they would have a special story attached every time describing how much they enjoyed connecting with this legend of a man.
His sense of humour and his true authenticity touched every person in our space.
I for one loved him dearly and I appreciate all the times we shared together either in training or in a social space💔
We shared many sayings together and one of them was …
‘Because you can’
Len did what he did in life ‘because he could’ and held nothing back.
Our deepest condolences go to his family Glyn, Justine and Johno🙏
Len’s energy and spirit will always be within our walls of Pro-Fit.
