Dear parkrun Family,
Thank you for braving another chilly winter morning and coming out in Purple to support our Women's Month events. It was wonderful to see so many of you in Purple at the event.

LOST and FOUND: A house key was left behind this morning. If it belongs to you, or you know who it may belong to, please get in touch with as soon as possible: Dinish (0834576223).

We have also accumulated a few items of clothing left behind over the past months. If you think you may have left anything behind, please contact us and we will be happy to check our Lost and Found items.

A few more reasons to join us at Benguela Cove parkrun this Saturday!

This weekend we would love to celebrate International Friendship Day (30 July) by inviting everyone to bring a friend along to parkrun on Saturday, 1 August. Whether they are a seasoned parkrunner or joining us for the first time, let's share the joy, fresh air and wonderful sense of community that makes parkrun so special.

August is also Women's Month so throughout the month we encourage everyone to add a touch of Purple to their outfit - whether it's a shirt, cap, socks, ribbon or any accessory - to celebrate and honour the incredible Women in our lives and our community.
