Busy pilates class this morning at Apollo and a lot of the regulars not back yet. If you're intested in joining it's R50 at reception per class. If you are a member it's free.
MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS at 10.30
FRIDAYS at 10.30 is either mobility or somatic movement.

And just like that studio 3 closes its doors on 2025. Thank you to all of you that put in so much effort, sweat and near tears whilst enduring my workouts. Wishing you all a happy Xmas and may you continue to be strong and healthy in 2026.
