Ultra Fitness would like to take a minute to introduce our 2 new Personal Trainers to join our dynamic team of fitness and wellness enthusiasts.

We believe in assisting where we can that our members can get the ultimate gym experience.

First we’d like to introduce

Kayle - A karate martial artist due to grade to black belt. She has trained internationally and has represented South Africa.

Her focus will be on fitness and weight loss. Help to build muscle and tone. As well as positive energy and motivation.

Secondly I’m proud to introduce
Blessing - A personal trainer with extensive experience in health and wellness, positive weight management, physical conditioning and fitness.

He is known for not only coaching clients with well designed exercise programs but also advising a healthy constituted diet plan.
