We are incredibly grateful for our valued partnership with Carpe Diem School and for their kind words.
At Waterbender Aquatics, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to discover their potential in the water. Supporting local schools, developing young athletes, and creating pathways for swimmers to grow is at the heart of everything we do.
We’re especially excited to welcome Coach Douggie Eagar as our new Head Coach from August. With over 50 years of coaching experience and an internationally respected career, his knowledge and passion will bring incredible opportunities to swimmers throughout George and the Garden Route.
We look forward to working alongside Carpe Diem School to inspire confidence, develop skills, and help every swimmer reach their full potential.

💚💙 Proud Waterbender Moment! 💙💚
A huge congratulations to Lila Koen, one of our Elite Squad senior swimmers, on an incredible achievement at SA Championships! 🇿🇦✨
Lila showed true determination, strength and Waterbender spirit, earning herself a fantastic 3rd place finish in the Girls U19 Biathle.
Behind every great performance are hours of commitment, early mornings, discipline and the support of a dedicated team — and we would like to give a special shoutout to Coach DK for his guidance, passion and the role he has played in helping Lila reach this level.
We are so proud to see our swimmers chasing goals, pushing limits and making waves both in and out of the pool.
Well done Lila!!
