The effort you put in this morning was unbelievable. So dedicated to be better than yesterday!

10km and 21km done!

Our 21km this morning ❤️
Not the race we planned.

My hammie was not happy 😭 and Tienie is still recovering from broken ribs. I had to change my entry from runner to walker right before the start.

Slow, painful start. It got a little better once my leg warmed up, but not for long.

But Tienie never left my side. 21km together, step for step. We struggled, but we kept going.

We crossed that finish line and then I heard I got podium! 🥹🏆

Today reminded me - what a privilege it is just to be able to walk.
