Dear Business Owner,

We would like to invite you to be part of our upcoming Charity Golf Day by sponsoring a hole or contributing in any way you can.🫵🏻

There are 18 holes on the golf course, with each hole allocated to a different business. Sponsoring a hole is completely free of charge and gives you a fantastic opportunity to promote your business while supporting a great cause.🫡

You are welcome to set up a gazebo or promotional stand at your allocated hole and market your business in any way you like. This could include banners, branded displays, business cards, product samples, giveaways, competitions, or any other promotional ideas.💡

Many sponsors also hand out refreshments, such as shooters or snacks, or host a quick game or lucky draw for the golfers. We simply ask that any activities are kept short so that play on the course is not delayed.🍻

If you are unable to sponsor a hole, there are still many other ways to get involved. You are welcome to:

- Sponsor cash towards the event.💸
- Enter a four-ball team to play in the golf day.⛳️
- Sponsor a prize for one of the competitions or lucky draws.🏆
- Donate products or services that can be used as prizes or auction items.🫶

Every contribution, big or small, helps make the day a success and supports a worthy cause.👪
