Father and son duo had a power session!🧨
Tjokkie and his son went on another session to their winter campaign venue at Rietspruitdam Heron Club. They had an outstanding outcome during the cold front over the weekend, with 12 fish landed from 13 runs, including 5x 30lb+ fish.
Using the same German style Combi Rigs as the previous session, with the primary successful bait being Carp Pro Baits honey tiger, tipped with a piece of Fox Artificial Corn. Additionally, two fish were successfully caught using an Atlantic Marine snowman presentation.

One last session before a new PB!🥳
Jean headed back to Roodekoppies for one last session before the birth of his baby boy. While the session was difficult, Jean managed to land this stunning little mirror. A fish that well represents what we want to preserve for future generations of anglers.
While the session didn’t go to plan, he could drive home once again knowing that he had given his all and would definitely return in the near future.
For now, it is time for him to enjoy every moment with his baby boy, who we hope to see following his dad’s footsteps in a few year time!

The German Rig… How do you build it?🤔
Jordan explains how toe build his version of the German Rig. Since February 2025, Jordan has been using this rig with great success for all of his wafter and bottom bait presentations.
It is easy to build, it only requires a few components, and it has caught carp for many years.

Outbound…✈️ The Croatian Monster…
Steven had the rare opportunity to fish Lake Zajarki in Croatia. After the long journey to get there, there was no time to sit and take it all in, it was time to Spomb! Preparation was to key, as angler have been known to Spomb over 50kgs of feed a day, with the general belief that the more you can feed, the more carp you are going to catch, and one thing these carp know how to do is eat.
Amazingly, even by Zajarki standards, Steven’s first fish was this absolute monster at 33kgs. A carp beyond proportion by anyones standards and a great way to set the scene for the rest of his session.

Winter Overnighter…🎣⛄️
Popping in for a quick one night session at Florida Lake, Werner found himself landing 4 fish, with every rod at least producing 1 fish, and having his first experience using the NEW Fox Heli Clips.
Some simple Illusion D-Rigs on Helicopter setups, a Spomb rod with a bucket of feed, and 3 rods in the water. What more could you need!
